Denver-based Thrive Counseling came to me to develop a brand for this counseling private practice. Using the word 'thrive' and a soft palette of blues and greens, I had a clear vision of what I wanted her online presence to look like. The Story of Chocolatewebsite/design
The National Confectioners Association (NCA) came to Results Direct to brand and desgin a new public-facing website promoting the benefits chocolate and urging people to learn more about this sweet treat. The final site, found at The Story of Chocolate, focuses on chocolate's raw state, instead of the wrapped varieties you find in the grocery store. NCA wanted to convey the message that chocolate is a pure and natural treat.

CRM, a new sports management comapny, came to me to brand, design and develop a web site for his new company, CRM Sports Management. I worked closely with him to identify the information architecture and his goals for the new site. The site launched in mid-October 2010.

After spending 22 years in Central Pennsylvania, I moved to the Washington, DC area four years ago to find a job in design. I spend my free time biking on the gorgeous trails, watching PSU football with friends, cooking, reading design blogs and doing freelance web design. I also work for a web agency in Old Town, Alexandria as a Web/Multimedia Designer.

I graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a BA in Advertising and Public Relations, and a minor in English. Thanks to a busy and wonderful career, I basically dream in Photoshop, and work daily with Illustrator, InDesign, and Flash. I'm also now proud to add developer to my growing skillset, as I've just buffed up my HTML and CSS skills within this past year.Thrive Counseling and CRM Sports Management are my latest design & development projects.
